Don’t Target Spiders Without Thinking of Humans

When creating content for your website it is important that your users are genuinely going to find it interesting. If you have interesting content, your click-through-rate (CTR) will reflect higher revenues.

There are a lot of legitimate ways of creating revenue-generating content. Don’t take short cuts.

Two things could (and do) happen:

You reduce your own click-through-rate
You increase the probability of being banned by Google.

As you can see neither is really profitable.
